Questions

The details.

Everything practical, in one place.
How do I RSVP?
At octoberfourth.com, by September 1. After that, the list is closed.
What should I wear?
Strict black tie. Tuxedos and gowns. Black tie does not mean all black, color is welcome. The formality is not optional.
When should I arrive?
Six o'clock, on time. The night starts when the doors open, not later.
How late does it go?
Six to midnight.
Where do I sit?
Wherever you want. There is no seating chart and no assigned tables. Supper roams, the plates come to you, and the night moves with you. Sit when you need to. Wear shoes you can move in.
Do I need my ticket?
Yes. Bring it and present it at the box office. One ticket covers a plus-one, so you and your guest come in together. Do not lose it.
What parking is available?
A paid public lot sits behind the building. Metered street parking runs along Woodward, Milwaukee, and West Grand Boulevard.
Will there be a bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us. The hangover is yours, so pace yourself.
Can I bring the kids?
We love them. This one is for the adults.
Where are you registered?
Nowhere. You showing up, dressed up, is the gift.
